Get the agenda

Authentication

Send Authorization: Bearer gtk_…. Create the key under Connect assistant → API keys. Every gtk_ key can call these routes, also while the Signals API is closed. A missing, invalid or revoked key is 401.

Query parameters

• date string — YYYY-MM-DD or today (default).
• tz string — An IANA time zone for the day. Defaults to Europe/Brussels.
• owner string — Only the rows of one owner: me, a colleague's email address or user id (GET /team), or none. With several SDRs, each reads their own agenda.

Response

• object string · required — Always agenda. One of: agenda.
• date string · required — The day.
• time_zone string · required — The time zone of that day.
• counts object · required — total, overdue, and per kind.
• data object[] · required — Oldest first: id (the row), object, name, company, kind (follow_up, recontact, rescan, approval, other, snooze_ends, back_from_out_of_office), label, at, note, overdue, owner_id, and email when you planned the email of that next action (subject, text, step, template, and to: the address you gave, otherwise the row’s): show the user that text and send it only after their yes.
• today object | null · required — Since midnight: emails_sent, replies (email_replied and referral), meetings, bounces, unsubscribes, not_interested, out_of_office and referrals. The same definitions as a campaign’s counts.
• last_7_days object | null · required — The same counts over 7 days, plus bounce_rate (a percentage, or null without emails).
• dashboard_url string · required — Companies in mySDR, filtered on what is due.

Credits

Free. This call never uses credits.

Errors

• 400 invalid_request — A date that is not YYYY-MM-DD, an unknown tz, or an owner who is not in the organization.
• 401 authentication_error — The Authorization header is missing, or the key is unknown or revoked.
• 403 permission_error — API access is not part of your plan, or your account is suspended.
• 429 rate_limit_error — More than 60 requests per minute, or more than 3 at the same time, on one key. Wait for the Retry-After header.
• 503 service_unavailable — The API is temporarily unavailable. Retry later.
• 500 internal_error — Something went wrong on our side.
