# Get the agenda

What is due today (or on `date`): next actions that fall due or are overdue (follow-ups, recontacts, rescans, approvals), snoozes that end (the row is `new` again), and people back from out of office; plus today's counts and the bounce rate of the last 7 days. Start every working session with this instead of keeping your own calendar. The user sees the same in Companies and Leads with the filter Next action.

## Authentication

Send `Authorization: Bearer gtk_…`. Create the key under **Connect assistant → API keys**. Every `gtk_` key can call these routes, also while the Signals API is closed. A missing, invalid or revoked key is **401**.

### Query parameters

- **`date`** `string` — `YYYY-MM-DD` or `today` (default).
- **`tz`** `string` — An IANA time zone for the day. Defaults to Europe/Brussels.
- **`owner`** `string` — Only the rows of one owner: `me`, a colleague's email address or user id (GET /team), or `none`. With several SDRs, each reads their own agenda.

## Response

- **`object`** `string` · **required** — Always `agenda`. One of: `agenda`.
- **`date`** `string` · **required** — The day.
- **`time_zone`** `string` · **required** — The time zone of that day.
- **`counts`** `object` · **required** — `total`, `overdue`, and per kind.
- **`data`** `object[]` · **required** — Oldest first: `id` (the row), `object`, `name`, `company`, `kind` (`follow_up`, `recontact`, `rescan`, `approval`, `other`, `snooze_ends`, `back_from_out_of_office`), `label`, `at`, `note`, `overdue`, `owner_id`, and `email` when you planned the email of that next action (`subject`, `text`, `step`, `template`, and `to`: the address you gave, otherwise the row’s): show the user that text and send it only after their yes.
- **`today`** `object | null` · **required** — Since midnight: `emails_sent`, `replies` (`email_replied` and `referral`), `meetings`, `bounces`, `unsubscribes`, `not_interested`, `out_of_office` and `referrals`. The same definitions as a campaign’s counts.
- **`last_7_days`** `object | null` · **required** — The same counts over 7 days, plus `bounce_rate` (a percentage, or null without emails).
- **`dashboard_url`** `string` · **required** — Companies in mySDR, filtered on what is due.

## Credits

Free. This call never uses credits.

## Errors

- **400** `invalid_request` — A `date` that is not YYYY-MM-DD, an unknown `tz`, or an `owner` who is not in the organization.
- **401** `authentication_error` — The Authorization header is missing, or the key is unknown or revoked.
- **403** `permission_error` — API access is not part of your plan, or your account is suspended.
- **429** `rate_limit_error` — More than 60 requests per minute, or more than 3 at the same time, on one key. Wait for the Retry-After header.
- **503** `service_unavailable` — The API is temporarily unavailable. Retry later.
- **500** `internal_error` — Something went wrong on our side.
