mySDRTerms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Who we are

mySDR is provided by LVDP, Klinkkouterstraat 59, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, Belgium (company number BE 1008.270.260) ("mySDR", "we"). These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or uses mySDR through the app, the API or an MCP connection ("you"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

mySDR is for businesses. Do not use it as a consumer.

2. The service

mySDR finds business leads and companies, enriches them with contact data, keeps them in your workspace and sends LinkedIn outreach from your own account. Your AI assistant or agent drives it; mySDR shows the result. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you pay for, we tell you in advance.

3. Your account

  • Keep your login and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with them.
  • Anything your assistant, agent or API key does in mySDR counts as done by you. Actions such as starting a LinkedIn sequence or sending a reply go out immediately; nothing waits for a second approval inside mySDR.
  • A workspace has one user. Do not share an account between people.

4. Credits, plans and payment

  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that add a number of credits each month. Prices are on the pricing page and exclude VAT. Stripe handles payment; you authorise us to charge your payment method each period until you cancel.
  • Plan credits stay valid for the month they are granted plus 2 more months. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months. Free signup credits stay valid for 30 days. Credits that expire are lost.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • Moving up a plan charges the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at the next billing date.
  • You can cancel at any time in Billing. The plan runs until the end of the paid period, then your workspace returns to the free plan. We do not refund a period that has started.
  • We may change prices. A new price applies from your next period after we told you at least 30 days in advance.

5. Acceptable use

You use mySDR lawfully and only for business-to-business prospecting. In particular, you:

  • have a legal basis (usually legitimate interest) to process the personal data of the people you contact, honour opt-outs and objections, and give the information the GDPR requires;
  • follow the anti-spam and e-privacy rules of the countries where you send messages;
  • remain responsible for your LinkedIn account and its use under LinkedIn's terms. mySDR applies daily and weekly limits, but LinkedIn may restrict an account and we cannot prevent that;
  • do not resell, publish or redistribute data from mySDR as a dataset, and do not use it to build a competing product;
  • do not process sensitive data (health, religion, politics and similar), harass people, or send misleading content;
  • do not get around rate limits, credit checks or security, or overload the service.

We may pause outreach, suspend a key or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk. Where possible, we warn you first.

6. Data

  • Your data stays yours: the leads, companies, notes, messages and settings in your workspace. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you.
  • For the personal data in your workspace, you are the controller and mySDR is your processor. The Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms. For account and billing data, mySDR is the controller, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Lead and company data comes from public sources and third-party providers. It can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. We deliver it as it is and do not guarantee that an email address or phone number works.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymous usage statistics to run and improve mySDR.

7. Availability

We aim to keep mySDR available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third parties (data providers, LinkedIn, hosting) whose availability we do not control.

8. Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim related to mySDR is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or a restricted LinkedIn account.
  • These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or anything the law does not let us limit.
  • You indemnify us against claims from third parties caused by your use of mySDR in breach of these terms or the law, including claims from people you contacted.

9. Ending

You can delete your workspace at any time under Account. We may end your account with 30 days notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms. When a workspace is deleted, access stops immediately and its personal data is removed within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections 6, 8 and 11 continue to apply after the end.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For a material change we email workspace owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using mySDR after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Ghent, Belgium, after we have tried to settle them amicably.

12. Contact
