Questions

What happens when a search finds nobody?

Nothing is charged. The same goes for a preview, a company lookup by name, an explanation, and a phone number you already paid for. Enriching the same person or company again is a new lookup and costs the same again.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits roll over for 2 more months. A top-up lasts 12 months. The free 100 credits expire after 30 days.

Can I change my volume later?

Yes, in Billing. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the month and adds the extra credits once it is paid. Moving down starts at your next billing date.

Does this work from Claude, Grok or ChatGPT?

Yes. The app, the MCP connection and the REST API share one balance.

Is outreach included?

No. Outreach is €29 per connected account per month, on any plan.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel anytime. Prices exclude VAT.
